Steven Green is the founder of TemboSocial, a leading provider of interactive engagement and community building solutions. Steven built TemboSocial with the intention of helping global companies engage their customers and employees in measurable and meaningful two-way dialogue.
Steven has become a valuable resource to key decision makers as they explore the growing field of online dialogue, recognition and social media. With an impressive roster of clients, such as The US Navy, TD Bank, and GE, Steven continues to grow TemboSocial’s reputation as an innovator of online solutions designed to segment, engage and inform.
Steven has a BA from McGill University in Montreal and a Social Work degree from York University in Toronto.

John Wong

Chief Technology Officer

John Wong is TemboSocial’s Chief Technology Officer. John manages the day-to-day operations of the development team and oversees the research, design and development of the entire suite of products. He is also the chief architect and developer for The Hive.

John’s portfolio also includes product and feature planning, system architecture for a high performance load balanced infrastructure. As the organization’s security officer, John ensures TemboSocial complies with all customer security requirements.

A talented developer with more than 15 years experience, John is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has taught at Seneca College.

Sylvester De Paiva

Chief Product Officer

Sylvester De Paiva is TemboSocial’s Chief Product Officer and is instrumental in architecting and building TemboSocial’s applications. He has deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.

Sylvester received his B.Sc from York University in Toronto and has worked at software companies in Australia, England, and Canada.  In addition to software, Sylvester is a skilled graphic designer and worked as an Art Director for Horizon Saatchi & Saatchi in Botswana, Africa.

David Bator

Director of Marketing & Customer Strategy

David Bator is passionate about programs that move people.  As Director of Marketing & Customer Strategy, David leads TemboSocial’s Conversation Consultants, a group responsible for helping clients leverage TemboSocial’s tools to interactively engage and share knowledge with employees and customers alike.

For the last 12 years David has worked with the senior management of global companies to build marketing and communications programs that deliver extraordinary value for customers, employees and partners.

Prior to joining TemboSocial, David was the Director of Partnerships & Alliances for Info-Tech Research Group and launched IDC Canada’s national conference business as Manager of Marketing and Sales Operations.
