John Wong is TemboSocial’s Chief Technology Officer. John manages the day-to-day operations of the development team and oversees the research, design and development of the entire suite of products. He is also the chief architect and developer for The Hive.
John’s portfolio also includes product and feature planning, system architecture for a high performance load balanced infrastructure. As the organization’s security officer, John ensures TemboSocial complies with all customer security requirements.
A talented developer with more than 20 years experience, John is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has taught at Seneca College.

Sylvester received his B.Sc from York University in Toronto and has worked at software companies in Australia, England, and Canada. In addition to software, Sylvester is a skilled graphic designer and worked as an Art Director for Horizon Saatchi & Saatchi in Botswana, Africa.

David Bator is passionate about programs that move people. As Vice President of Client Strategy, David leads TemboSocial’s Conversation Consultants, a group responsible for helping clients leverage TemboSocial’s tools to interactively engage and share knowledge with employees and customers alike.
For the last 14 years David has worked with the senior management of global companies to build marketing and communications programs that deliver extraordinary value for customers, employees and partners.
Prior to joining TemboSocial, David was the Director of Partnerships & Alliances for Info-Tech Research Group and launched IDC Canada’s national conference business as Manager of Marketing and Sales Operations.
